The Lose It Program includes:
Initial session – we’ll start with a full assessment where we’ll discuss your goals and explore your relationship with food and body image throughout your life, including your diet history, current eating behaviors, and more. We can meet at the office or schedule a virtual session.
2 follow-up sessions each month – we’ll speak every other week. Each follow-up will have a topic of focus, discussion and processing and handouts to support you between sessions.
Weekly Eating Journal Review – I will review your online Eating Journal weekly and provide feedback and support in between sessions.
Unlimited Email Support – as long as we are working together you’ll have support and guidance including unlimited email access for any questions or concerns that come up in between our sessions.
3-month program $399/month or $999 paid in full
6-month program $349/month or $1799 paid in full
